Excited to share the news that next week Friday, October 24th 2025 together with sayr: salt | thirst, I’ll also be releasing a live solo album, sayr: kaiho – live in helsinki, on my own unmusic label!

Performed on steel-string acoustic guitar and the Arabic ‘ud and recorded and filmed live in concert in Helsinki, Finland, on September 19th, 2025, sayr: kaiho is divided into three arcs – “halla” (“frost” in Finnish); “fes” (in homage to the Moroccan medina where I bought my first oud); and “vielä” (“yet” in Finnish).

As with sayr: salt | thirst, this album will not be available for streaming in full, but available to purchase in physical and digital formats exclusively via Bandcamp.
